In case the product is under warranty/ Guarantee from a Third party Merchant, all returns of products sold and fulfilled, including damaged and incorrect products must be returned directly to such third-party merchant.
The following policies apply to all returns:

- We cannot accept returns of personalized or monogrammed merchandise or direct-ship or special-order items.
Product is found “Broken or Defective”:
If the product is delivered to you in broken condition, DO NOT ACCEPT it in the very first place and return it by the same courier. However once product is accepted, following will apply:
- In case of perishable items, the request for replacement / refund shall not be entertained.
- In case of all other items, the request for return / exchange should be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the items.
- Products with specified warranty period, queries should be sent within the time frame as mentioned on the product page directly to the Third Party Merchant (if applicable) or contact us on contact@ShareUrJoy.com and we will help you to contact the vendor.
- Queries received outside the time frame as mentioned above, will not be entertained.
Our vendors attempt to deliver the best quality of products and exactly what is displayed on the site. ShareUrJoy.com acts as a platform to showcase the products displayed by the vendor and is an available venue for buyers to make their purchase. ShareUrJoy is not involved in any sale and purchase of goods/products listed on this Site.

Our vendors make it a point to deliver that what is displayed on the site and ShareUrJoy.com ensures the quality of the products being delivered. If in any situation you feel what is delivered is not as per displayed, then please bring it to the notice by sending us an e-mail on contact@ShareUrJoy.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please fill in the details as to what is received that is different from what was ordered and the team will get back to you with the further course of action.
Product is now “Out of Stock”:
Our vendors make every attempt to deliver that what is featured on the site, however on certain occasions, the product tends to get out of stock due to its demand in the market. If in such situations, the vendor is unable to procure the item within a short period of time, then we will issue a ShareUrJoy.com Gift Voucher of the equivalent amount, which can be redeemed on the website to buy any other product(s).
